Influencing Factors of Multiple Co-governance in The Cultivation of Competitive Gymnastics Reserve Talents in China LV Wangang, JI Yanxia 2024, 50 (3):  1-10.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.001 Abstract ( 183 )   PDF (1489KB) ( 423 )   Save Based on the grounded theory, this paper makes a multi-case analysis of the organizations participating in the competitive gymnastics talent cultivation and management, and constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of the competitive gymnastics talent cultivation and co-governance. The study found that the factors that influence the competitive gymnastics talent training include value identity, resource investment, cooperation mechanism, organizational ability and institutional environment. Among them, value identity is the motive force to cultivate competitive gymnastics talents, resource investment and cooperation mechanism have positive effects on the performance of multiple co-governance, and organizational ability and institutional environment can positively promote the performance of competitive gymnastics talents through interaction with other factors. Analysis of China's International Sports Agenda-setting Ability: Based on the Perspective of Global Sports Governance ZHANG Xiaoyi, DU Heng 2024, 50 (3):  11-18.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.002 Abstract ( 155 )   PDF (1366KB) ( 413 )   Save Using the literature method, this article takes China's international sports agenda-setting ability as the research object, identifies the dilemmas faced by China's international sports agenda setting and analyzes the influencing factors from the perspective of global sports governance. On this basis, this article proposes the strategies of improving China's international sports agenda-setting ability, aiming to promote China's participation in global sports governance and build a sports community with a shared future. The article suggests that the connotation of China's international sports agenda-setting ability includes the ability to frame issues, the ability to narrate attributes, the ability to build platforms, and the ability to control the audience. To improve China's international sports agenda-setting ability, we are faced with four dilemmas: the discourse commanding heights are occupied by the West, the subject of issue framing is relatively homogeneous, a discourse system with Chinese characteristics has not formed, the international public opinion environment is not optimistic, the construction of digital media platforms is hindered, and the layout of foreign exchanges is yet to be spread out, and targeted strategies of integrating China and foreign countries are insufficient. To enhance China's international sports agenda-setting ability, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of international agenda-setting, explore the consensus on issues concerned both China and foreign countries, construct local sports discourse system, create a favorable external public opinion environment, build a variety of flagship media platforms, broaden the layout of international sports communication, conduct extensive research on the international public, and cultivate global sports governance talents. The modernization of urban sports governance carries forward the thought of Chinese-style governance modernization, draws upon the experience of Chinese-style sports governance practice, reflects the inherent needs of sports governance modernization, and follows the road guidance of Chinese-style sports governance modernization. In essence, the modernization of Chinese urban sports governance takes the people-oriented and people-centered development ideology as the value starting point, smart city construction as the realization basis, and digitization and information construction as the practice path to achieve high-quality development of urban sports. On the basis of explaining that the construction of smart cities is conducive to promoting the modernization of Chinese urban sports, the author also proposes the development paths of "promoting the digital construction of smart city sports", "strengthening the development planning of smart sports city", "innovating the smart city sports governance model", "promoting the construction of smart sports city digital/data sharing mechanism" and "strengthening the legal construction of smart sports city" to provide reference for the modernization of Chinese urban sports governance. Research on The Influencing Mechanism of Digital Economy-Driven High-quality Development of Sports Industry QIN Dan, DU Chengrun, XING Xuefeng, WANG Zipu 2024, 50 (3):  27-36.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.004 Abstract ( 166 )   PDF (1390KB) ( 425 )   Save The digital economy is a new driving force for high-quality economic development and a new engine for high-quality development of sports industry. Based on the panel data of 20 provinces (municipalities) in China from 2013 to 2020, this paper empirically tests the impact and mechanism of digital economy on the high-quality development of sports industry. The impact results show that (1) the digital economy can significantly drive the high-quality development of sports industry, and this conclusion is still valid after the robustness test of instrumental variables and alternative variables; (2) The results show that the digital economy can drive the high-quality development of sports industry through the expansion of Internet applications; (3) Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital economy has a positive driving effect on the high-quality development of sports industry in both eastern and central regions. Further analysis shows that the driving effect in eastern region is stronger than that in central region. Based on the above results, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) Continue to deepen digital construction and fully release the development dividends of digital economy; (2) Vigorously promote the application of the Internet to create a scientific and technological environment for the high-quality development of sports industry; (3) Improve the level of technological innovation and open up the way of high-quality development and innovation of sports industry; (4) Promote the construction of digital economy according to local conditions and eliminate the polarization effect of digital economy between regions. Exploration and Practice of Digital Twin Technology Enabling the Digital Transformation of Sports Industry TIAN Cuicui, XIAO Shuhong 2024, 50 (3):  37-42.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.005 Abstract ( 164 )   PDF (1572KB) ( 425 )   Save In order to promote the implementation of the strategy of digitalizing sports industry in China, this article takes sports events, stadiums, fitness and leisure, sports manufacturing enabled by digital twin technology as examples to .analyze the application value of the digital transformation of sports industry, discuss the difficulties and constrain and puts forward the practical path through the methods of literature, expert interview, case study, and logical reasoning. The results show that: digital twin technology can help accelerate the digital transformation of sports industry, improve the operation and management efficiency of sports events, promote the smart upgrading of the operation and management of sports venues, improve the digital level of fitness and leisure activity scenes, and promote the transformation of sports manufacturing to "smart sports manufacturing". The digital transformation of sports industry still faces such problems as immaturity of key digital twin technologies, lack of data asset security mechanism, low degree of digitization of sports industry, and insufficient cognition of the concept of digital transformation of sports industry. It is necessary to strengthen the new digital infrastructure in sports industry, strengthen the security guarantee of digital twin system, establish a standard digital twin system management system, and strengthen the "demonstration effect" of digital twin application. Jurisprudence on Football Training Compensation Disputes of Court of Arbitration for Sport XIANG Huiying, Li Jiang 2024, 50 (3):  43-52.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.006 Abstract ( 138 )   PDF (1416KB) ( 422 )   Save Using the methods of case analysis, logical analysis and induction, this paper studies the mechanism of international football training compensation and the jurisprudence of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The research shows that the legitimacy of international football training compensation originated from the transfer of rights to a certain extent granted by EU laws based on the legitimate goals of football industry. It is in nature the feedback mechanism of professional football to amateur football or grassroots football. The compensation right is a kind of creditor’s right created for training clubs to obtain compensation after the players transfer. In the settlement of football training compensation disputes, CAS confirms whether the training compensation is due by reviewing the triggering factors and exceptions of the training compensation, clarifies the training compensation right by confirming the subject of the right and the waiver of the right to compensation, clarifies the training compensation obligation by reviewing the subject of the training compensation obligation, the refusal of the obligation and whether there are rules to evade, and forms the corresponding judgment standards. Research enlightenment: Chinese football stakeholders should fulfill their rights and obligations according to the principle of good faith, football supervision institutions should establish and improve the implementation guarantee mechanism of football industry according to the principle of equality, the sports arbitration institution should establish the review and judgment standards of football training compensation disputes based on the principle of equality, so as to fully guarantee the justice and effectiveness of the implementation of football training compensation. When the substantive and formal elements are met, the lawsuit will be filed with the People’s Court by social organizations or the People’s Procuratorate according to the law. Introducing “Rou” to Martial Arts: Review of Chen Yuanyun’s Contribution to the Development of Jujitsu ZHANG Guodong, FENG Rui, LI Yun 2024, 50 (3):  62-67.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.008 Abstract ( 153 )   PDF (1393KB) ( 419 )   Save As one of the great talents who traveled eastward to Japan in the Ming Dynasty, Chen Yuanyun played an irreplaceable role in the development of Japanese kiln making, philosophy, poetry, calligraphy, painting, architecture and medicine, especially in the development of Jujitsu. However, there is very little research related to Chen Yuanyun in China, and his contribution to the historical development of Jujitsu is not well recognized. Re-recognizing Chen Yuanyun’s contribution to the development of Jujitsu in the new era is conducive to clarifying the influence of Chinese martial arts on the formation and development of the Japanese Bushido system, and has important enlightenment for overseas dissemination of Chinese martial arts at present and in the future. The research points out that: (1) Chen Yuanyun’s title as the “originator” of Jujitsu has obvious historical limitations, no matter from the origin of the retrograde school or from the early introduction of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism; (2) Yuanyun’s achievement lies in his injection of Taoist “soft” thought into Jujitsu, which enriched the Japanese Jujitsu techniques and promoted the modernization of Jujitsu; (3) It is more appropriate to call Chen Yuanyun as “the father of modern Japanese Jujitsu" rather than as “the originator of Jujitsu”. In the future, we can further explore the dissemination and morphogenesis path of Chinese martial arts in Japan through examining the dissemination of Confucianism, Taoism, Shaolin martial arts and sumo in Japan in the early time. Wushu proverbs have multi-dimensional characteristics, namely, the dimension of boxing schools: the speech of boxing schools; the dimension of regional folklore: the representation of cultural difference; the dimension of ethics: the tradition of advocating morality and harmony; the dimension of simple philosophy: the purport of combining theory with skills; the dimension of subtle rituals: the summary of practical experience; the dimension of taking meaning from pictograph: the tendency of the unity of heaven and man. On this basis, this paper analyzes its content aggregation and significance from the aspects of self-cultivation, fitness, self-defense, teaching, training and skills, and proposes the path and rationale to interpret Wushu proverbs. That is, culture and tradition: the dual orientation of Wushu proverb interpretation; popularity and reception: the modern orientation of Wushu proverb expression; motivation and accuracy: reasonable interpretation of morphemes in Wushu proverbs; academic probe and profundity: in-depth analysis of the connotation of Wushu proverbs. China's Preparation for the Paris Olympics: Situation Analysis, Winning Advantages and Countermeasures PENG Guoqiang, GUO Yuede 2024, 50 (3):  77-84.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.010 Abstract ( 184 )   PDF (1426KB) ( 489 )   Save China's preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympics is facing a complex and changing situation at home and abroad for, on the one hand, the Paris participation cycle is compressed into a "4-1" model, athletes' training and preparation rhythm is passively adjusted, the level of leading competitive sports nations in key events has improved significantly, and the competition in the Olympic Games has become fiercer; on the other hand, the development of China's competitive strength in sports events is not balanced, and its preparation for key events and key parts is not sufficient. In addition, the changes in the rules and events of the Paris Olympic Games have greatly affected China's participation in some events. In spite of these challenges, China has built key event groups with advantageous events as the main body, and its preparation mode based on the whole nation system has institutional advantages. Besides, the level of scientific training and competition has been continuously improved through scientific and technological innovations, and finally the change in the world situation and the adjustment of the Olympic rules affect the participation pattern, which is conducive to China's training and preparation. The study proposes that China can give full play to the "new type of whole nation system" to integrate various resources to strengthen the prevention and control of training and preparation risks, and the comprehensive guarantee of competition; strengthen the research and judgment of the rules of the Paris Olympic Games and information collection to improve the precision of preparation for the participation in various events; improve the ability of athletes in different events by classification, and scientifically select the athletes with the strongest comprehensive strength; create accurate technology assistance programs for different events to improve the scientific and smart level of training and preparation. Effects of Cold Water Immersion and Whole Body Crytherapy on Muscle Oxygen Content and Performance for Female Football Players LI Nan, TAN Zhizong, REN Xue 2024, 50 (3):  85-91.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.011 Abstract ( 144 )   PDF (1662KB) ( 426 )   Save Objective: To compare the effect CWI (cold water immersion) and WBC (whole body cryotherapy) after high-volume training on muscle oxygen content, subjective and objective sensation of fatigue, as well as performance for youth female football player. Methods: The cross-over study was used. After high- volume training of football, 12 Youth female player went CWI, WBC and control trial every other week. To observe changes of muscle oxygen saturation(SmO2), muscle soreness, Rating of Perceived Exertion ( RPE), Countermovment Jump (CMJ) , Maximal Voluntary Isometric Contraction ( MVIC), 30 m sprint at before exercise, after exercise, after treatment, and one day after treatment. Repeated measures ANOVA analysis was used. Results:(1) Time and treatment had significant interactive effect on SmO2(P<0.05). SmO2 in CWI group was significant lower than WBC group and CON group(P<0.05); (2) Time and treatment had significant interactive effect on RPE(P<0.05). After treatment, RPE was lower in CON and WBC group than CWI group than CWI group; time and treatment had no interactive effect on muscle soreness(P>0.05); time and treatment had significant interactive effect on muscle pain threshold(P<0.05); (3) Time and treatment had significant interactive effect on CMJ(P<0.05). After treatment , only CWI group decreased significantly(P<0.05); time and treatment had no interactive effect on MVIC(P>0.05). Time and treatment had significant interactive effect on 30 m sprint. After treatment, sprint time in CWI group was higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05). One day after treatment, all three groups didn't reach baseline level(P>0.05). Conclusion: CWI makes SmO2 and explosive ability (CMJ and 30 m sprint) decrease temporarily, but has positive effect on recovery of subjective fatigue. Using the methods of literature materials, expert interview, logical analysis, this article explores the function, development opportunity, development status of after-school physical education services and the strategy to improve the quality. The study concludes that the current after-school physical education services have many difficulties in terms of institutional protection, cooperation, teaching content, supervision and evaluation. However, we should seize the opportunities related to students' health, talent cultivation, educational equity and social development to make after-school physical education services play a positive role in developing child care, academic instruction, physical education and socio-economic development. The study proposes practical strategies to improve the quality of after-school physical education services in the new journey: strengthening the top-level design to ensure the continuity and stability of services; establishing a cooperation platform to efficiently allocate sports resources; integrating advanced concepts to innovate sports and cultural activities; and perfecting the evaluation and feedback mechanism to improve the quality of services, so as to cultivate outstanding talents with all-round development. This study investigates the causal mechanism of the factors influencing the implementation of after-school physical education services in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of physical education teachers through qualitative comparative analysis. It is found that there are three types of after-school physical education services that can effectively respond to the "double reduction" policy from the perspective of physical education teachers: comprehensive support type, system support type and environment construction type. Based on the results of this study, the future development of after-school physical education services need to improve the level of teachers who provide after-school physical education services, give full play to the subjective initiative of schools which provide after-school physical education services, and improve and perfect the relevant system whereby after-school physical education services are provided so that the effect of after-school physical education services can be improved, which will help realize the three-year goal of the "double-reduction" policy. The Last Grand Event of the Competitive Circle: Viewing Ritual Archery in the Western Zhou Dynasty from the Perspective of Sports Competition, Sports Interaction and "State" Governance ZHANG Junxian 2024, 50 (3):  110-117.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.013 Abstract ( 110 )   PDF (1388KB) ( 406 )   Save The high-profile "Grand Shooting" of the Western Zhou was not only a reflection of the splendor of the shooting rites under the prevalence of the rites and music system, but also an important historical phenomenon. Using the methods of literature combing, logical analysis and historical verification, this historical phenomenon is discussed in the context of sports competition, sports communication and "state" governance. The study concludes that: from the perspective of sports competition, the Western Zhou, in which the rite of archery was prevalent, seemed to be at the top of competition; from the perspective of sports interaction, however, the competitive circle, which took the rulers of Western Zhou Dynasty as the core and the rite of archery as the means to establish identity, may not have been a stable political regime or a cultural community; furthermore, from the perspective of governance, behind the competitive events, the governance in Western Zhou had actually fallen into a rather severe situation. Interpreting the different meanings of the same shooting rite event through the different perspectives of sports competition, sports exchange and governance is of positive significance for further understanding the relationship between the pre-Qin shooting rite, social interaction, and state governance. A Study of Physical Education in New-style Higher Education in Sichuan in the Late Qing Dynasty MA Jiehua 2024, 50 (3):  118-126.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.015 Abstract ( 133 )   PDF (1853KB) ( 422 )   Save The development of physical education in new-style higher education in Sichuan during the late Qing Dynasty demonstrates a "facet" of the educational transformation in the closed inland province of western China towards modernization. This article examines the rise and development of higher physical education in the educational transformation in modern Sichuan, and concludes that higher education in modern Sichuan was operated in a diversified way; the new-style higher education at the time was at the forefront of the whole country both in terms of the number of higher education institutions and the opening time of physical education. Higher physical education in modern Sichuan started in the modern official new-style school - Sichuan Chinese and Western School. which was founded in 1896. Following that, other higher education institutions began to offer education of general gymnastics and military-style gymnastics. In 1906, Sichuan established Sichuan Institute of Physical Education to cultivate sports talents, and designed the physical education norms and the Western discipline-based physical education curriculum system. The institute cultivated a number of outstanding students including the founder of New China - Generalissimo Zhu De. At the same time, West China Union University, which was established by Westerners in 1910, offered physical education courses since its inauguration, and its school sports culture led the modern sports fashion in western China, and its sports characteristics enjoyed high reputation in the country. Reflection on and Enlightenment from the Development of Female Sports in Dangal: A Perspective of Social Gender GAO Xibin 2024, 50 (3):  127-133.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.016 Abstract ( 144 )   PDF (1363KB) ( 424 )   Save Based on the theories of social gender, this paper discusses the plight and outlet of female sports development triggered by Dangal. Results indicate that the traditional gender concept, family gender stereotypes, campus environment of gender alienation, and female individual gender role conflict are the restrictive factors to the development of female sports; subjective experience, achievement beliefs, self-esteem, and autonomous motivation are the motivating factors for the development of female sports. Suggestions: Changing the conventional, stereotypical social gender concepts from the perspective of gender equality, and giving more support, recognition, and understanding to female sports participants or enthusiasts can enable female sports develop from participation to persistence, and eventually embark on the road of sustainable development. Sports movies, which combine the popular texts of both sports and movies, attract the public with their dual universality, and construct historical identity through watching. The American sports biographical movie, Race, restores the legendary historical event of Jesse Owens, a black American athlete who won four gold medals in Nazi Germany and became a "national hero" in the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games. The movie constructs the anti-Nazism image of the American authorities in both narrative and text. Taking historical documents as the basis, and combining the real history of the 1936 Berlin Summer Olympics, this study compares and analyzes the differences and similarities between the historical situations and scenes in the movie and the facts in reality, trying to restore the truth, generalize the logical relationship between the construction of historical discourse and the re-construction of ideology, and reveal the hypocritical anti-Nazism and racial equality in American history, and the political motivation for the reconstruction of history in the movie. Logic and Realization of New Development Concept Navigating the Operation and Management of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of Large-scale Sports Events SUN Lihong, QIU Jiangang 2024, 50 (3):  143-150.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2024.03.018 Abstract ( 133 )   PDF (1361KB) ( 404 )   Save The article explores the logic and realization of the operation and management of the opening and closing ceremonies of large-scale sports events by means of documentation, interview and logical analysis. It is found that the logic of the new development concept leading the operation and management of the opening and closing ceremonies of large-scale sports events is to take the propositional transformation of perception guiding practice at the macro level as the logical starting point, to take the process of operation guided by the five concepts at the meso level as the logical connecting point, and ultimately to take the solution of the real problems guided by the new concepts at the micro level as the logical ending point. By analyzing the successful operation and management of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the 31st Universiade in Chengdu, and the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, the study concludes that the operation and management of the opening and closing ceremonies of large-scale sports events guided by the new development concept is to uphold the new development concept in the input of resource elements, to carry out the new development concept in the process of value conversion, and to explain the new development concept in the realization of the opening and closing ceremonies.
