Chengdu Sport University was firstly known as Sichuan Provincial School of Physical Education, which was founded in 1942. In its 80years of history full of hardships and achievements, the university has forged the distinctive characteristics of “taking sports as the basis, promoting the integration of sports and medicine, making sports and literature interpenetrated, and developing sports and arts in a parallel way”, and has become an institution of higher physical education with wide influence at home and abroad. In the years to come, the university will make every effort to completeits relocation project and start the new journey of building a world-class sport university with distinctive characteristics on the new campus.

Accelerating rural revitalization in an all-round way, sports are indispensable. This is not only an inevitable response to the rural vitalization strategy, but also a special presentation and vivid expression of the basic theory of Sports with Chinese characteristics in rural construction in the new era. Research suggests: Under the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the development of rural sports is facing five opportunities and seven problems,in view of the opportunities and problems, put forward seven strategies:taking the rural revitalization strategy as the guide to promote the development of sports in rural areas; to promote the balanced allocation of sports resources flow and exchange on the platform of urban-rural sports integration development; relying on the construction of beautiful countryside, we will make up the weak points in the construction of sports facilities in rural areas; to ensure the efficient and orderly development of sports activities with the support of sports organization network construction; with the content and form of sports activities innovation as the connotation, attract farmers willing to participate in can participate in music participation; taking scientific fitness instruction as the breakthrough point to improve the physical literacy of all farmers; we will consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation through sports in rural areas with precision as our focus again.

This paper studies by means of literature review the development history, experience and orientation of rural sports work under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC). It is argued that under the leadership of the CPC, rural sports work has taken up the roles of serving the revolutionary war, serving labor production and national defense construction, serving the "two civilizations" and new rural construction, and serving the urban-rural integration and rural revitalization strategy respectively in the four historical periods: the period of New Democratic Revolution, the period of Socialist Revolution and Construction, the period of Reform and Opening-up and Socialist Modernization, and the new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics; adhering to the leadership of the CPC, adhering to the supremacy of the people, adhering to the Chinese road, and adhering to practical matters are the valuable historical experience of rural sports work since the founding of the CPC. It is proposed that promoting the integrated development of urban and rural sports in line with the rural revitalization strategy, building a higher level of public service system of rural sports in line with the national fitness strategy, making up for the shortcomings of the development of mass sports in rural areas in line with the strategy of strengthening the country through sports, and meeting the needs of the peasants for a good and healthy life in line with the Health China strategy are the strategic orientations of rural sports work in the new journey.

Rural sports is the important content and cultural cornerstone of rural revitalization.The construction of rural sports governance system and the improvement of governance ability are a choice of the times to promote the rural revitalization strategy. Based on the strategy of rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the practical predicament, theoretical logic and realization path of rural sports governance, and on this basis deeply explores the "Chinese road" of rural sports governance.The results show that: unbalanced economic foundation, sole authoritative sources, absence of main body, unidirectional operation process are the problems that rural sports work has to be faced with in the new era. To achieve the goals of autonomy, rule of law and moral governance in rural sports governance, the Party's overall leadership should be strengthened in rural sports governance, and the consultation and common governance model of "local government-social organizations-market institutions" should be constructed based on the rural revitalization strategy.

Achieving high-quality rural sports public service supply through effective governance to meet the growing needs of farmers for a better life in the new era is a key issue to realize the strategy for rural revitalization. For a long time, the mismatch between supply and demand of rural sports public services, which is caused by government decision-making and elite planning instead of the expression of farmers' real demands, is quite common. In view of the above problem, this paper examines by means of literature, on-the-spot investigation the problem of pluralistic governance from the perspective of consultation and governance, and puts forward methods and suggestions for constructing the service pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing of rural sports public services and promoting the high-quality development of rural sports public services. This study suggests that the consultative governance of rural sports public services is a response to both the general requirements of rural revitalization and the high quality development of rural sports public services, and has a close intrinsic connection with rural revitalization. Due to the shackles of management convention, the consultative governance of rural sports public services can not be operated effectively, mainly including the absence of consultative governance subject, topics, and relevant system. In view of the realistic dilemma, this study proposes a practical approach for the consultative governance of rural sports public services from three aspects: prompting the governance subject to return to its position, broadening the topic channels and improving the discussion system.

Conceptualization, Practice Progress and Development Prospect of Sports Space

Based on the historical needs of developing sports, the practical needs of expanding sports functions, the social needs of diversifying sports supplies, and the institutional needs of realizing the full development of sports facilities, this paper puts forward the concept of "sports space" and its value attributes of protecting the basic sports rights and interests of the public, enriching the supply of sports services, supporting the development of sports industry, improving urban service functions, and stimulating local economic development. At current stage, "sports space" includes venues exclusive for specific sports, sports service complexes that provide sports and related services, new sports scenes that meet new demands for sports consumption, home fitness spaces resulted from the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, intelligent sports spaces that combine "online + offline"activities, and spaces used for sports development outside the sports sector. The article argues that, along with the iteration of new demands and the application of new technologies, the future outdoor sports space, urban stock space that can be developed for sports activities, immersive sports consumption scenes, intelligent fitness space and sports-for- health space in China will be greatly expanded.

Using methods of literature, expert interview and case study and so on, based on the analysis of basic logic of evolution of social responsibility of Chinese professional sports clubs, this paper expounds the evolution process of social responsibility of Chinese professional sports clubs, and summarizes its evolution characteristics, then puts forward the development trend and suggestions of social responsibility of clubs. The research shows that essence of club - function and mission of club, and its relationship with society - practice content and realization way of social responsibility of club is a new logical path. The development and evolution process of social responsibility of Chinese professional sports club is divided into the stage of social responsibility dependency under non-enterprise, the stage of social responsibility dislocation under incomplete enterprise, the stage of reconstruction of social responsibility in general sense, the stage of innovation of social responsibility in modern enterprise. In different stages of development, the essence, function and mission of club, the relationship between club and society, the practical content and realization of social responsibility of club are different. The evolution of the relationship paradigm among government, club and society is a dynamic process of seeking relationship rationality and agreement. The evolution of social responsibility cognition and accountability behavior paradigm of professional sports clubs is a process in which clubs seek advanced and adaptive. In the future, the development of social responsibility of clubs needs to further changes the concept of social responsibility development, and constructs social responsibility system, then innovates the practice mode of social responsibility.

Using the methods of field research, expert interview and case analysis, this paper studies the evolution and development of sports service complexes from the perspective of self-organization theory. The research indicates that the dissipative structure is the pre-condition for the self-organization evolution of sports service complexes, and the competition and cooperation are the driving force for the self-organization evolution of complexes. The self-organization evolution of sports service complexes follows the following mechanisms: the fluctuation mechanism promotes the formation of the kernel part of sports service complexes, which becomes the attractor of the complex when influenced by attraction and repulsion; the positive and negative feedback mechanism forms the limited constraint and self-regulation of complexes. Currently, the evolution of sports service functional area into sports service complex is faced with such major problems as insufficient opening up of sports service functional area system, prominent near-equilibrium tendency, poor nonlinear coupling effect, and weak driving force for internal huge fluctuations. The measures to promote the high-quality development of sports service complexes include deepening the opening up of the service functional area to other sectors, pulling the sports service functional area away from the equilibrium state, amplifying the nonlinear coupling effect of sports service functional area, and continuously creating external fluctuations, so as to help the internal fluctuations of sports service functional area.

In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team, the research group analyzed and explored the evolution logic and value implications of the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team by means of literature, interviews, oral history and theories of history, culture, management, communication and semiotics. The thesis holds that the formation and development of the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team has three historical backgrounds, namely, the political, economic and cultural backgrounds. Its evolution can be divided into four historical stages: predecessor, formation, inheritance and development. The connotation logic of the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team in the new era includes four aspects: the supremacy of the motherland is the core, the unity and cooperation is the quintessence, the indomitable struggle is the essence, and the unyielding spirit is the trait. These contain the spiritual code composed of emotion, will, character, organization, technology, which ensure women's volleyball team's repeated achievements and enduring prosperity. In the new journey of realizing the second centenary goal of the nation, the value of the spirit of Chinese women's volleyball team will be reflected in three aspects: firstly, it will provide spiritual support for the construction of a leading sports nation by serving as both a reference model for the construction of spiritual civilization of sports industry and value guidance for comprehensively deepening sports reform; Secondly, it will provide spiritual resources for strengthening cultural confidence by serving as both an excellent model for cultivating and practicing socialist core values, and high-quality resources for educating people with physical education and culture. Thirdly, it will provide spiritual impetus for the realization of the Chinese Dream by gathering energy for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and invigorating and energizing the accelerated realization of a great modern socialist nation.

Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper summarizes the evolution process of the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team, analyzes its basic connotation, and puts forward the inheritance path in the new era. The study concludes that the Chinese women's volleyball team went through the process of "sowing spiritual seeds, building spiritual support and continuing spiritual genes" in the "five consecutive world championships" period, the low and difficult rise period and the glory-recasting period, and forged the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team with Chinese characteristics, which takes as its core the supremacy of the motherland, unity and cooperation, tenacity, and unyielding spirit. The spirit becomes a symbol of the times and explains the basic connotation of carrying forward the spirit of modern sports and inheriting Chinese sportsmanship. This paper puts forward the inheritance path of the spirit from two aspects: explore the cultural value of the Chinese women's volleyball team to promote the construction of a strong sports country; form the emotional identity of the Chinese women's volleyball team to lay the foundation of national spirit.

According to the understanding of the body based on the phenomenological intentionality theory, we can recognize the aesthetic characteristics, significance and value contained in motor skill forms, perceive the self-creation spirit of life, and pursue the aesthetic realm of life.The thesis suggests that: (1) From the perspective of phenomenology, the body is integrated with the external environment, which emphasizes relevance thinking, dynamic thinking, holistic thinking and embodied action to understand the world. These thinking and cognitive modes can be used for references to investigate the essence and significance of aesthetic experience of motor skills; (2) The essence of sports situation is a meaning world of mutual integration of skill form display and emotional experience, which realizes the self-cognition, self- creation and self -transcendence of life in the aesthetic experience of skill forms; (3) Self-cognition: aesthetic characteristics such as harmony, accuracy, stability, variability, wonder, and standardization are contained in the form of motor skills. The aesthetic experience process of sports skill forms is not only the communication between body and skill form, but also an internal communication of self life; (4) Self- creation: the abilities of thinking and feeling are improved through the aesthetic experience of motor skill forms, which is embodied in subject cognition, imagination, creation and reflection of skill forms. It is a virtuous circular system with continuous accumulation and rising stages; (5) Self-transcendence: the aesthetic experience of motor skills is not only an insight into the creative spirit of life, but also a self-transcendence in the realm of life.

Constraints of and Development Strategies for Digital Scholarship Services of Chinese Core Journals in Sports

Using the methods of literature and case study, this article investigates the official websites and WeChat official accounts of 16 Chinese core journals in sports, aiming to explore the constraints of and development strategies for digital publication services of Chinese core journals in sports under the background of media integration. The study concludes that the digital publication and knowledge service capabilities of Chinese core journals in sports are constrained by large proportion of "bronze" OA journals, limited open access, insufficient diversified dissemination of scientific research results, and inadequate supply of scientific writing services and academic communication, which may be related to the low specialization and small scale of sports journals, excessive attention to quantitative indexes of periodicals and insufficient attention to OA. Under the existing conditions, sports academic journals should: improve their digital publication and knowledge service capabilities by continuously serving researchers; expand the scope of open access through scientific and technological innovations; strengthen scientific research writing services in view of the existing situation of Chinese sports studies; enhance the dissemination of sports scientific research results with authors' submission experience and readers' reading experience as the center; and expand sports academic communication services by building online academic communities.

The Network Features and Configuration Analysis of Cross-regional Sports Collaboration in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle

This paper takes 410 inter-government collaborative policy texts and inter-government agreements in the sports field of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle between 2016 to 2022 as samples to analyze the data related to the measurement of point degree, proximity and intermediary centrality of each node city (participating subject) in sports collaborative governance in the economic circle from two perspectives: overall network and individual network, thus making a thorough examination on the features and configuration of the cross-regional sports collaborative network between Chengdu and Chongqing. The study shows that the cross-regional sports collaboration in the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city Economic Circle is on the rise, but there is still a big gap compared with other city clusters such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta agglomerations. The inter-government sports collaboration in between Chengdu and Chongqing is mainly carried out in Chengdu, Deyang, Meishan and Ziyang, leaving other cities largely neglected. The joint conference system for sports between Chengdu and Chongqing is still in the exploratory stage, and it is necessary to strengthen the system construction and cross-regional collaboration. Currently, the cross-regional collaboration in sports has not yet formed a large scale, and there is still a need to further clarify the rights and responsibilities between governments in the future, create necessary conditions to facilitate the cross-regional collaboration through appropriate policies and interventions, so as to promote the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle.

"Promoting sports events, building the city, developing industry, and benefiting the people" is Chengdu's guideline of building a world-famous city of sport events, and it has established a "four-in-one" top-level design for the city's development from the perspective of sports economy. Using the methods of literature review, field investigation and expert interview, this paper examines the development characteristics of famous sports cities at home and abroad, systematically analyzes the current situation and difficulties of Chengdu in building a world-famous city of sport events, and explores how to open up new prospects for the construction of a world-famous city of sport events. The study indicates that Chengdu has achieved positive results in building a world-famous city of sport events, forming a "five-way expansion" strategic orientation. However, Chengdu is still faced with such dilemmas as complicated external environment, unbalanced regional development, poor competition system, weak foundation of professional sports, lack of leading sports enterprises, and weak sports culture. In order to accelerate the realization of the goal of building a world-famous city of sport events, this paper puts forward the following strategies: adhere to inter-regional linkage and take the road of cooperative development; make use of its own characteristics and take the road of differentiated development; strengthen innovation drive and take the road of science and technology empowerment; consolidate the industrial carrier and take the road of brand building; promote cross-industrial integration and take the optimized path of industrial upgrading.

In accordance with the self-organization theory and the practical experience of China's regional sports industry development, synergistic development is the best way to achieve the high-quality development of sports industry in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. This research discussed the connotation and practical basis of the synergistic development of the sports industry in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, including the industrial scale, industrial layout and industrial structure. It reveals that the synergistic development of sports industry in this economic circle is faced with some difficulties, such as the lack of industrial scale levels, the homogenization of industrial development, the lack of synergistic development mechanism and the lack of collaborative innovation. In the future, in order to further improve the contribution of sports industry in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, it is necessary to build a system with complementary advantages and Bashu characteristics which based on the spatial development pattern of sports industry featured with “driven by two cities, supported by axes and facilitated by poles”, establish a synergy mechanism which goes beyond local interests, cultivate the sports industry’s driving source of innovation in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, and formulate policy gradients to ensure synergistic development.

Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the models, mechanisms and paths of reference for physical education curriculum reform. The study points out that the implementation models of reference for PE curriculum reform mainly include the cultural conservatism model, the realistic reformism model, and the Marxist Chinese model; the operation mechanisms of reference for PE curriculum reform mainly consist of the input mechanism of urban-rural coordination, the guidance mechanism of multi-participants, the reasonable and effective review mechanism, and the evaluation mechanism based on localization. It is proposed that: breaking the constraint of teaching viewpoints and strengthening the innovative advantages of local teaching; reducing the shock of the pendulum phenomenon and strengthening the theoretical construction of physical education curriculum; expanding the limitations of curriculum theory and enriching the overall effectiveness of theoretical innovation.

Research on the Relationship between Structured Skills Teaching and Sports Self-Concept and Sports Learning Interest of Children and Adolescents

Objective: To investigate the relationship between Structured Skills Teaching (SST) and Sport Self-Concept (SSC), Sports Learning Interest (SLI). Methods: From March to April 2020, 2,256 children and adolescents in grades 6-11 taught by six physical education teachers in six districts of Shanghai who had received SST training were selected as subjects to attend the investigation on the implementation of SST and the development of students' SSC and SLI. SLI was modeled using SPSS 23.0 and Mplus 8.3. Results: (1) All the factors in SST, SSC, and SLI were significantly and positively correlated (r=0.399-0.762,P<0.001), and SSC included a first-order two-factor structure of Perceived Competence of Flexibility and Coordination (PCFC) and Perceived Competence of Strength & Endurance (PCSE); (2) SST significantly predicted SLI (= 0.570,P<0.001). The direct effect accounted for 75.10% of the overall effect, and the explanatory rate was 61.80%; (3) SST significantly predicted PCFC (= 0.399, P<0.001) and PCFC significantly predicted SLI (= 0.153,P<0.05); SST significantly predicted PCSE (= 0.368, P<0.001) and PCSE significantly predicted SLI (= 0.349, P<0.001). The indirect effect accounted for 24.90% of the overall effect and SSC mediation explained 15.80% of SLI variation. Conclusion: SST is related to and can predict SLI development in children and adolescents, thus being conducive to giving play to the function of sports in physical training, recreation and cultivation; SST is related to SSC development in children and adolescents, SSC is related to SLI, and SSC plays a cognitive driving role between SST and SLI. It is suggested that students over the age of 12 be given the option to take classes on their own, and that fun physical exercises and 10-15 minute teaching competitions be added to class instruction. SST should be stratified according to the SSC and the actual level of motor ability of children and adolescents, thus improving the institutional mechanism of "Instruction, Practice, and Competition" and students' interest in sports

Based on the methods of literature review, Delphi and questionnaire survey, this paper constructed a model of physical education teachers’ curriculum ideological and political teaching ability, which is composed of five 1st-level indicators: cognitive ability, resources mining ability, design ability, implementation ability and reflection ability, and 26 2nd-level indicators, then determined, based on the model, the basic measurement dimension, the practical measurement dimension and the evaluation feedback dimension. It is hoped that this study can help improve physical education teachers' curriculum ideological and political teaching ability and the construction of physical education curriculum ideological and political teaching.

Under the background of promoting major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics and building a community with a shared future for mankind, the article discusses the historical context and characteristics of the evolution of American sports foreign exchanges from the perspective of national historical evolution, aiming to provide a reference for improving my country's sports policy. The study believes that American sports has experienced four stages in the practice of foreign exchanges: the period of inclusive value highlighting, the period of radical value practice, the period of hegemonic value expansion, and the period of global value targeting. It has played a role in promoting national identity and building citizenship. , show the national image, shape the national strength, demonstrate the superiority of the system, seek cultural hegemony, and obtain the world's political and economic interests and other diverse values. U.S. sports foreign exchanges serve the national diplomatic strategy and meet the needs of the country's "interest diplomacy" in different periods; deeply influenced by pragmatic social culture, it pays attention to the multiple values and comprehensive effects of sports; uses sports to export "universal" values and "mainstream" values. "Ideology, intends to create a "homogeneous body" of world culture and seek cultural hegemony. The study proposes that foreign exchanges of sports should be integrated into the national diplomatic strategy in the new stage to serve the diplomatic and political needs of major countries with Chinese characteristics; to make overall plans for the development of sports around the transformation of national interests, and to give play to the diversified strategic value of sports; The new image of China's "responsible sports power" in the new stage.

A Study on the Development and Characteristics of Women's Physical Education in Britain in Second Industrial Revolution

This paper studies the development of women's physical education in Britain in the Second Industrial Revolution by means of literature review. Main conclusions: In the Second Industrial Revolution, women's physical education in Britain was a product of the modern political and economic social development in Britain, and its development was closely related to the emergence of women's colleges in Britain and its physical education. Women's colleges in Britain employed professional physical education teachers, set up physical education classes, organized regular physical examinations and inter-school competitions, thus forming a complete set of physical education methods and promoting the formation of such organizations as women's sports associations, physical education colleges, clubs, etc. However, women's physical education in Britain also has its historical limitations and conservatism, such as over-emphasis on femininity, exposure of educational differentiation between different social groups, and inculcation of obedience and colonial hegemony, etc. Therefore, women's physical education in Britain in this historical period should be viewed in an objective attitude.

In the era of digital economy, smart stadiums play a key role in serving the national fitness strategy and building a strong sports nation. Based on the perspective of industrial system analysis, this paper discusses the value generation path and right confirmation dilemma of the data production elements of smart stadiums, and proposes a rescue strategy for data elements to drive the operation of smart stadiums. On the basis of clarifying the subject and object of data rights confirmation of smart stadiums, the research clarifies the economic value of "production-distribution-consumption" realized by participating in the operation of smart stadiums in the process of data rights transfer. Considering the dilemma of data rights confirmation due to the lack of existing legal applicability provisions, weak government supervision and lack of public awareness of protection, it is proposed to build a data element property rights system applicable to smart stadiums, implement legal norms to promote fair competition in the industry, and regulate smart stadium data. The data usage behavior of the platform is to regulate and protect the legal exercise of data rights in smart stadiums.

Using the methods of literature review, induction and deduction, this paper analyzes the connotation, mechanism and promotion approach of sports news production and communication from the perspective of four all-media concept. The research argues that under the four all-media framework, sports news presents new connotations in the dimensions of time and space, technology, society and ecology, and the production and dissemination of sports news need to be further transformed and improved in terms of time, space, subject and efficiency. It is necessary to correct the problems of one-way production process, official communication nature and no feedback on the effect, and highlight the characteristics of multiple information fusion, communication structure interaction, user empowerment, information feedback. The mechanism of "concept, content, form, theme, means, methods, formats and systems" of sports news communication has been transformed from the module separation mode of acquisition, editing, review and distribution to the all-round and full process information product system, from a single way of news presentation to a diversified and aggregated information platform system, from monopolized news production to integrated and mixed information user system, from the inefficient utilization of news resources to the coupling and efficient information service system. The four subsystems of the all-media sports news system are not a "1+1+1+1" parallel permutation and combination relationship, but an organic aggregate, which needs to be adjusted according to the time and place and the media. It is suggested to build a sports all-media pattern by way of strengthening the training of new sports communication talents, developing sports user interactive experience services, developing media technology enabling communication, and improving sports news media matrix.
