    2019, 45 (4):  54-59.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2019.04.009
    Abstract ( 3006 )   PDF (1135KB) ( 980 )   Save
With the rapid advancement of globalization in the 21st century, the inheritance and protection of traditional sport, part of traditional culture, have drawn extensive attention from government departments, social organizations, and scientific research institutions. People of different nationalities, who are both the creators and owners of culture, have failed to play their due role in the cultural inheritance and protection of traditional sports, thus losing their proper position. The missing subject is a result of the changes in people's lifestyles in the new era. The protection of the external power-based object is likely to cause cultural misreading, and be easily influenced by policies and economy. Thus resuming the status of cultural subject has become a prerequisite for the sustainable development of traditional national sports in the new era. Returning to the daily life of cultural subject and satisfying the realistic needs of their survival and development are the fundamental way to realize the sustainable development of traditional national sports.

Objective: To explore the characteristics and laws of Tiki-Taka tactics in Spain. Methods: Make visual analysis of the passing data of Spanish team in 2016 European Cup and 2014 World Cup by means of video observation and social network analysis. Results: The overall passing network of the Spanish team is composed of three circles: the network center, the middle and the edge. The core of the transmission and control is mainly composed of the middle and back field players; the network connection and the thickness show that the Spanish team passes the ball in a fixed small group. Having a higher network density and better network distance, the Spanish players can pass the ball more closely, frequently, and smoothly; the local network analysis shows that the core-edge structure of pass network is more reasonable, The left side of the middle-rear field and the right side of the middle-front field are the core areas of ball control; the separate network analysis shows that players with higher centrality in Spanish team are vanguards and backs. Conclusion: Intricate pass and control are the core idea of Tiki-Taka tactics, which stress the control of midfield. The stable offensive and defensive system in midfield and backfield provide strong support for the tactics; high- level personal pass and control are the basis of Tiki-Taka tactics, and high ball control rate is a remarkable characteristic of the tactics. Ball control features medium- and short-distance pass penetration, and the tactical purpose is achieved by circle-by-circle advancement.

    2019, 45 (4):  79-84.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2019.04.013
    Abstract ( 3141 )   PDF (1596KB) ( 789 )   Save
The curve technique is one of the most important movements of the short track speed skating technique and plays a vital role in the whole process of the competition and can improve the athletes' performance. The average speed of an excellent short track speed skaters is above 13 m/s and the speed in the curve is greater than the straight.Compared with the straight technology, the curve technology has to overcome the inertia of the human body, therefore, in order to has a better understanding of the technical and tactics of the curve, we analysis the competition of Wu Dajing at the 2017/18 ISU World Cup Short Track(Shanghai), the results show that :(1)During the curve the athlete did not gliding close to the track, but take the sliding mode of the big turning radius, Wu Dajing's radius is 11.41 m, so the actual sliding distance is greater than the specified distance of the game;(2) After entering the curve, the athlete's body must be introverted, when the internal inclination angle is 39.85°, Wu Dajing’s left hand touched the ice surface, thereby increase the stability of the human body and maintain the balance of the body. The minimum introversion angle is 25.84°, indicating that he has good ability of body tilt and balance ;(3)The alternating of pedal ice of the left and right legs makes the torso angle change slightly, compared with the excellent female short track speed skater, Wu Dajing’s torso angle is more reasonable. Because he always be the leader in the competition, to has the proper reduction of the trunk is needed to reduce the air and it’s an effective method to save physical energy;(4)Wu Dajing's hip joint angle is small at the time of touch ice (the torso angle is small), and the air resistance is reduced. The double support phase is the acceleration phase, while the single support phase is the deceleration phase, which is consistent with the excellent athletes' sliding mode at home and abroad ;(5) Wu Dajing's minimum ice angle appears at the end of the single support phase; the height of the center of gravity from the curve to the top of the arc is continuously decreasing; the time of the double support phase is less than the time of the single support phase, and the right single support phase is longer than the left single support phase.

    2019, 45 (4):  91-97.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2019.04.015
    Abstract ( 2092 )   PDF (1251KB) ( 1337 )   Save
"We learned crouching start in primary school, and keep learning it at university, we forward roll from primary school to university" is seemingly students' scorn but more of a complaint. Physical education teachers also complain to each other, putting the designers of school physical education curriculum extremely in embarrassment. These problems, together with the complaint that "we have learned nothing in physical education curriculum for 12 years", question the logic and scientificalness of physical education curriculum, as well as the qualification of physical education as a subject. After analyzing and expounding the purpose of "lifelong sport", the problem of students' "low-level repetition and giving up halfway" in current physical education curriculum, and the purpose, focus and characteristics of physical education connection, this present paper proposes that the strategy for effective physical education connection is "establishing the personalized, selective and professional physical education curriculum system", and the method to realize the connection is "establishing the selective and specialized teaching system for each learning stage". This paper then discusses the feasibility of the hypothesis in theory by analyzing the possible results that the hypothesis may bring about. Besides, this paper also analyzes its feasibility based on the experience of "module teaching" in high school and "three independences teaching" in university, which have been implemented for more than a decade.

Based on relevant literature, this present paper conducts by means of literature and expert interview a historical survey of the experience and characteristics of the evolution of pre-service PE teacher education system in China. This paper argues that the process of “transplant and imitation —learning for reference — self-dependent innovation” is the main path of the evolution; the transition from the tool-centered to teacher-centered principle is its value tendency; the reform on the curriculum system of PE teacher education is the center; the reforms on social politics and on teacher education & school education are the main external incentives for the development. Even though the reform on pre-service PE teacher education is dependent on the reforms on teacher education and school sports, it has its own logical principles. This research concludes that the reform on PE teacher education system in modern times should take teacher-centered value judgment as its guide, put emphasis on the construction of “self-organization”, follow the rule of meeting the country’s demand for sports teachers, and take the construction of pre-service PE teacher education system with Chinese characteristics as its ultimate goal.

Objective: To analyze the relationship between SMO2 and HR and BLA during recovery after high-intensity interval training so as to explore the relationship between SMO2 and HR and BLA during recovery after high-intensity interval training and provide a better application of SMO2 indicator to monitor and evaluate the recovery of human body after high-intensity interval training. Methods: Fifty male students (age 21.65 ± 1.04 yrs; height 174.95 ± 5.47 cm; weight 73.35 ± 7.5 kg) were selected as the test subjects to complete 3x30s full-strength high-intensity interval trainings, and their SMO2 and HR, BLA indicators were collected during exercise and 20 min after exercise. Using SPSS 21.0 statistical software for data analysis, and using the variance analysis of repeated measurements to do the variance test of HR, BLA and SMO2 at different time points. Using Pearson correlation analysis for the correlation analysis between MO2 and HR and BLA during recovery. Result: After high-intensity interval training, SMO2 recovery rate reached 100% at 35 s, the recovery showed a sharp rise in a short period of time, followed by the time-phase characteristic of "excessive recovery"; HR recovery presents the time-phase characteristic of being fast at first and then slowing down. The changes of HR and SMO2 were highly correlated within 1 min, then the correlation decreased gradually. There was no correlation between the changes of HR and SMO2 after 15 min. The concentration of BLA showed the characteristic of increasing first and then decreasing. It reached the peak value in 3 min, then decreased slowly. The change of BLA and that of SMO2 were basically not related during the 20 min recovery period. Conclusion: After high-intensity interval training, the recovery of SMO2, HR and BLA present metachronous feature. The recovery rate of SMO2 is the fastest, followed by HR, and the slowest is BLA. After high-intensity interval exercise, the recovery rate of SMO2, HR and BLA reflects the various aspects of the overall aerobic capacity of the organism, and they interact with and promote each other.

Objective: To explore the effect of aerobic exercise on the changes of autophagy in skeletal muscle cells in rats with insulin resistance and the expression of autophagy-related protein. Methods: Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: Normal Diet group (ND, n=12), High Fat Diet group (HFD, n=12) and High Fat Diet + Exercise intervention group (HFD + EXE, n=12). Rats of HFD and HFD + EXE group were fed high fat diet in the whole experiment. Swimming was used for aerobic exercise intervention, 60min per day, six days per week, and the intervention lasted 8 weeks. The autophagosome was observed by transmission electron microscope in gastrocnemius muscle, and the expression of LC3-I、LC3-II、LC3-II/LC3-I and Beclin-1 were tested by Western blot. Results: Compared with ND group, fasting blood glucose and HOMA-IR of HFD group increased significantly. After exercise intervention, both the FBG and HOMA-IR in HFD+EXE group had a downward trend. In the ultrastructure, the mitochondria of the HFD group showed obvious damage, and some mitochondria were vacuoles. Conclusion: Aerobic exercise can increase the autophagy level of skeletal muscle cells of insulin resistance rats induced by high-fat diet, and protect skeletal muscle cells. Mitochondrial injury in HFD+EXE group was significantly improved, but no autophagy was found in each group. Compared with ND group, LC3-II, Beclin1 and LC3-II/LC3-I in HFD group decreased significantly. The tendency of LC3-II, LC3-II/LC3-I and Beclin1 increased after exercise intervention.
