Using literature method, this present paper compares cultural interaction with Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games form the perspective of cultural structure. The results show that: The Olympic movement is a social and cultural phenomenon. Therefore, both Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games will inevitably interact with culture. The interaction mainly occurs on the three levels of material culture, organizational culture and spiritual culture. On the one hand, Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games are of the same origin. Therefore, they are similar in their interaction with culture. On the other hand, Summer Olympic Games absorbs the essence of modern sports, presenting a global characteristic in culture. In comparison, Winter Olympic Games has an obvious regional characteristic in culture, and its interaction with culture has its own unique characteristics. This is where the cultural interaction with Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games differ from each other.

From Enaction to Emersion: A body perception by awareness of living body
    Bernard Andrieu
    2019, 45 (3):  7-16.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2019.03.002
    Abstract ( 1529 )   PDF (1351KB) ( 689 )   Save
Body perception has analysed by motor activity. This is largely the result of Le Boulch's work on psychokinetics and psychomotor education, which made new levels available for the description of body schema activity beyond that of conscious movements. Reflex movements, involuntary gestures, and emotions are all evidence of the pre-attentional activation and preparation for motor actions. Body perception is built from the interaction between the body and the world. With this in mind, we would like to draw attention to the current paradoxical gap in the literature that exists between the living and the perceived body. We then propose a means of overcoming this gap through a description of the activation of the living body and its emersion at the level of perception. Enaction, in Francisco Varela’s groundbreaking work, explains how neurodynamics bring emergences from our living body to our consciousness by awakening and activating our potential capacities. In this sense enaction is a neurodynamics, while emersion ensures the bottom-up transition of implicit information from the living body (Leib) to consciousness and to the attentive perception of the lived body (Korper).

    Abstract ( 1715 )   PDF (1202KB) ( 874 )   Save
Human and body are the core elements of sports existence. The relationship between human and body's sports value is the root of sports value. The nature of sports depends on the human before the body or the nature of human for human nature is the basic reference standard of value and moral judgment. According to Sartre's philosophical view of "existence precedes essence"and Heidegger's humanistic view of "existence ontology", only when human has a nature which is in line with its body and takes such human nature as the normative basis for the existence of sports essence can they ensure the existence of human before the body and the rationality and moral legitimacy of sports in reshaping the body. Under the humanistic perspective of harmony between human and body, the essence of sports is the naturalization of body.

The transfer adjustment fee, introduced by Chinesea Football Association, can be consideredseen as a kind of regulatory special public taxationcontributio of regulatory nnature. It has the characteristics of no consideration, economic inducement, and earmarked funds. As far as its legitimacy is concerned, the Chinese Football Association Constitution is not the source of its effectiveness. As an exercise of public power, the transfer adjustment fee also lacks the regulatory function of public law. In addition, the appropriatenss of the transfer adjustment fee is questionable for the taxation rules are ambiguous when itthe rationality of the adjustment fee is levied according to should be examined from the perspective of the principle of proportionality,. In terms of appropriateness, due to the ambiguity of the adjustment fee rules. As a result, a large number ofmany clubs are suspected of circumventevadeing regulation adjustment fees, which is agianst the intended purposes of the policy. This is not conducive to the achievement of the intended purpose of the policy. In terms of necessity, the transfer adjustment fee is unnecessary due to the existence of the different from the adjustment fee, there is a Financial Equity System, which is Fair Play with less interventional, and as well as the Salary Cap and the L luxury Ttax, both of which stress focus on the negotiation of the parties concerned and have detailed rules. and the rules of which are meticulous . In the narrow sense terms of proportionality, the taxation rate is too high and too high rate, the neglects clubs' of the expected benefits of the clubs., and tThe simplifiedcation of anti-evation circumvention measures also makes show that itsthe institutional cost of the adjustment fee is nonot t in proportional to its policy effect. Therefore, the rationality of the policy of transfer adjustment fee s policy is questionable.hould also be questioned.

Mass sports is an important part of the national fitness strategy. Study on the fiscal input efficiency of mass sports is conducive to meeting people's growing diversified sports demands and changing the insufficiency and imbalance of public sports service supply. The DEA model and the Malmquist index were used to study the fiscal input efficiency of the mass sports in six provinces from 2011 to 2015. The results show that: after 2013, the overall fiscal input efficiency of mass sports in the central region is better than that of the whole country, but there are differences in the fiscal input efficiency of mass sports among the six provinces and there were input redundancy and insufficient output. From the perspective of improving efficiency, there is much room for the provinces to improve input indicators and output indicators; the dynamic Malmquist index reveals that the productivity of mass sports in the central region has begun to decline and is moving towards a recession mode. Therefore, the production technology and scale construction need to be improved.

This present paper first proposes that the year of 1919 is the starting point for the development of modern school Wushu by referring to the disputes between Chinese and Western culture, admission of martial arts into schools, replacement of gymnastics by sports, and government orders and norms regarding Wushu education in school. It then analyzes the four representational forms of school Wushu culture corresponding to the four stages in the development of school Wushu in the past hundred years, namely, struggle for dignity, infusion of sports competitiveness, the Olympic dream, and return to nationality. Our research shows that when Wushu is used as a weapon against Western culture, it will weaken its concern for the development of students, resulting in its overdependence on national policies and lack of developmental vitality; the reasons include the historical limitation of cultural thoughts, the disadvantage of cultural imitation and the political attachment of cultural inheritance; measures to change the situation include improving the path to change Wushu cultural position, internalizing cultural self-confidence, and transcending the traditional view of achieving self-improvement through Wushu.

The protection of martial arts intangible heritage has been carried out for more than 10 years, and the theoretical research and practical work on the protection of martial arts intangible heritage are going deeper. However, there are still some divergences in the theoretical understanding and practice of martial arts intangible heritage protection so far. The controversy is concentrated on three aspects: what should be protected, the focus of protection, and the relationship between inheritance and innovation. This article mainly uses the methods of literature research, interview, logic analysis to study the above issues, aiming to promote the healthy development of the theory and practice of martial arts intangible heritage protection. The study points out that the martial arts that conforms to the intangible heritage characteristics belong to the category of martial arts intangible heritage, and should also be the object of martial arts intangible heritage protection; the content of the productive protection value in the martial arts intangible heritage should be the focus of protection; there is a contradictory relation of dialectical unity between inheritance and innovation in the protection of martial arts intangible heritage.

CHEN Shengju, SHANG Huayu, BAI Shengchao, ZHANG He, ZHANG Junfen, QIU Pingxue, ZHOU Yue
    2019, 45 (3):  69-74.  doi: 10.15942/j.jcsu.2019.03.011
    Abstract ( 1520 )   PDF (3216KB) ( 684 )   Save
Objective: To explore the changes of a series of indexes of adipose tissue in hypoxic exercise in a high-fat diet (HFD) induced insulin resistance rats model, and preliminarily investigate the effects of hypoxia on adipose tissue in rats with insulin resistance, so as to provide a new theoretical basis for exercise treatment of obesity and insulin resistance. Methods: The rats were screened by a HFD for 8 weeks and a model of insulin resistance was established. The 24 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (NC, n=6), normoxic exercise group (NE), hypoxic quiet group (HC, n=6) and hypoxic exercise group (HE, n=6). The rats in NE and HE were trained by the horizontal animal running platform, and the rats in HC and HE were treated with 13.7% oxygen concentration, and the rats were weighted in the next day during the test period. After the experiment, the rats were killed. Their perirenal and epididymal adipose tissue were stripped and weighted. The changes of adipocyte diameter were observed by HE staining. Western blot detected the protein expression of HIF-1α and Glut-1 in adipose tissue. Results: 4-week hypoxic and exercise can significantly reduce the weight and increase of rats (P<0.05). The total fat content of the rats in exercise groups was significantly lower than that of other groups (P<0.05), while showed no significant difference between the two exercise groups (P>0.05). The adipocyte diameter in each group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Exercise and hypoxia can significantly reduce the expression of HIF-1α in adipose tissue (P<0.05), which has no significant effect on the protein expression of Glut-1 (P>0.05). Conclusion: From the perspective of slowing down the body weight gain and fat content, the effect of weight loss in normoxic exercise and hypoxic exercise are better than that of pure hypoxic exposure. Both hypoxia and exercise can significantly improve the status of anoxia in adipose tissue, but have no obvious effect on glucose metabolism. Normoxic exercise is more beneficial to improve the anoxia of adipose tissue in individuals with insulin resistance.

Objective: To explore the relationship between FMS and YBT test scores and sports injuries of Chinese elite military pentathlon athletes. Methods: Forty-four elite male and female military pentathlon athletes were tested by FMS and YBT, and the injuries during training were analyzed. The relationship between FMS and YBT test scores and injuries were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) The injury rate of elite military pentathlon athletes was high (52.27%) , The main injury sites were shoulder, waist and knee, accounting for about 77% of injury. (2) The FMS score of the injured athlete was 14.22 points, significantly (p <0.01) lower than the 16.67 points of the non-injured athlete. (3) The accuracy of damage prediction was 73.91% when FMS≤15 was used as the threshold to determine the damage, and the accuracy of damage prediction was 82.61 when the thresholds of X, Y, Z> 4 cm on both sides of YBT were used to determine the damage threshold.(4) The accuracy of the damage prediction is 100% when the combination of the two methods takes FMS≤15 points and X, Y, Z> 4 cm as the threshold value on both sides of YBT test. Conclusion: Both FMS and YBT tests can effectively predict the potential injury risk of military pentathlon athletes. If two test methods are combined, the accuracy of predicting the potential injury risk of athletes is better than that of single test method. It is suggested that when predicting the potential injury risk of athletes, the two test methods should be combined, and the weak links shown in the test should be targeted to improve the effect of injury prevention.
