体育产业高质量发展指数测度与综合评价——以上海市为例

Abstract

Abstract: The construction of the index system and the establishment of the evaluation and operation mechanism are the core links of the construction of the institutional environment for the high-quality development of sports industry in the new era. On the basis of explaining the connotation of the high-quality development of sports industry, the evaluation index system is constructed. Taking Shanghai as an example, the "vertical" scale, reference value comparison method, obstacle degree model is adopted to make index measurement and comprehensive evaluation. Research shows: the factors are mainly concentrated in the aspects of industrial scale, industrial foundation, and industrial structure; the high-quality level of sports industry in Shanghai is generally on the rise; the structure optimization of sports industry in Shanghai is not ideal and the production efficiency is slow, which has a certain inhibitory effect on the high-quality development of sports industry in Shanghai; the power index, industry scale index, and industrial efficiency index of sports industry in Shanghai perform well. In response to the problems reflected in the index, suggestions are given to improve the statistical standard system, optimize the structure of sports industry, promote the innovation and upgrading of sports consumption, and enhance the innovation power of sports industry.
