A Study on the Development Strategy for Children and Adolescents' Sports Health Promotion in China

Abstract: This study deeply analyzes the development bottleneck of sports health promotion among children and adolescents in China by means of literature review, and expert interview. Based on social ecological theory, healthy behavior change theory, life history theory and social learning theory, combined with the advanced experience of international health promotion, and following the principle of "long-term planning, systematic construction and effective control", this study puts forward the "3-4-5" development strategy system for children and adolescents' sports health promotion in China, namely, the cohesion of 3 main forces-family, schools and community, the radiation of the 4 areas-in class, out of class, in school and after school, and the implementation of 5 action plans-high-quality physical education and health curriculum development, vigorous campus construction, family-school-community partnership, sports reward plan setting-up and sports intelligent monitoring application.
