Study on Coping Strategies of Exercise-related Sudden Cardiac Arrest under the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Medicine

Abstract: Exercise-related cardiac arrest at home and abroad, causing serious harm to athletes, families, and society, and has become a public health issue of global concern. This article uses the methods of literature and case analysis to sort out the high-incidence sports events, high-incidence population distribution, and time characteristics of cardiac arrest events associated with exercise at home and abroad. From the perspective of the integration of sports and medicine, this paper makes the following propositions: improve the health screening security plan before sports games and competitions; strengthen medical monitoring during sports games and competitions; improve the management system of emergency support in sports venues; optimize the deployment strategy of emergency equipment in sports venues; strengthen and improve out-of-hospital exercise cardiac arrest prevention and first aid strategies such as personnel training.
