Abstract: This research chose the successful cases of the Guangdong Men's Basketball Team in the 2018-2019 CBA Season to analyze, by the methods of literature research, expert interview and field research, the typical cases of "all data"- driven scientific decision-making of Guangdong Men's basketball team coaches, revealing the reason for the team's success is and explore coaches' path of scientific decision-making. The research shows that the primary task for basketball coaches to make "all data" driven decision-making is to improve the coaching philosophy and build a complete coaching team. Secondly, form standard decision-making operation process, and strictly control information collection, processing, analysis, strategy generation and program implementation. Finally, combined with scientific and technological methods, improve the processing efficiency and accuracy of decision-related information to make scientific decision-making.
