Abstract: Instant is the most prominent temporal point in the universe. Wushu practitioners exert "beauty of force" and "intention of Quan" in an instant. Therefore, there is the saying of "instant beauty". The moves and skills of Yiquan such as Wuxing and the Twelve Forms are produced in an instant, thus giving an instant experience in time. The fighting wisdom of "no fixed skills" in Yiquan is also an embodiment of "instant beauty".
