Abstract: Depending on the holistic governance theory as the foundation, the paper, by combining the actual development of China's nonprofit sports organizations, analyzes the inspiration of holistic governance to the development of nonprofit sports organizations. The paper thus comes up with the overall development path and the guarantee mechanism for such organizations in the context of the transformation of government functions.
