中国共产党领导下的百年农村体育“治理”实践经验与新时代治理路径研究

Abstract

Abstract: In combing the historical practice, succession and transmutation of rural sports governance in our country is the time need to realize the strategic goal of “rural revitalization”, is the urgent need to promote rural sports governance to the road to good governance, is the necessity to realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Chinese rural sports governance after a hundred years of development has consciously formed the party leadership as the core, government organization, rural participation of “one core multiple” main body structure; In the face of century-old changes, the development of rural economy has promoted the differentiation of farmers' demands for sports. In the face of the lack of rural sports resources in the development process, it is impossible to effectively attract social resources to participate in the thorny problems. The research shows that we should be confident and adhere to the leadership of the Party, enrich the composition of the “pluralistic” main body, and explore the rural sports resources reasonably; Adhering to the concept of “people first”, unswervingly seeking happiness for the people and rejuvenation for the nation; Strengthen the legal construction of rural sports governance, place it in the dynamic development process, walk out of the road of socialist rural sports governance with Chinese characteristics, keep pace with The Times to implement the concept of innovation and development, with the concept of harmonious ecological development, finally can realize the rural sports governance toward “good governance”.
