Strengthening the Construction of Smart City to Promote the Modernization of Chinese-type Urban Sports Governance

Abstract: Under the background of Chinese modernization, the research on urban sports governance on the track of smart city construction helps to consolidate the foundation of the modernization of urban sports governance system and governance capacity. The modernization of urban sports governance carries forward the thought of Chinese-style governance modernization, draws upon the experience of Chinese-style sports governance practice, reflects the inherent needs of sports governance modernization, and follows the road guidance of Chinese-style sports governance modernization. In essence, the modernization of Chinese urban sports governance takes the people-oriented and people-centered development ideology as the value starting point, smart city construction as the realization basis, and digitization and information construction as the practice path to achieve high-quality development of urban sports. On the basis of explaining that the construction of smart cities is conducive to promoting the modernization of Chinese urban sports, the author also proposes the development paths of "promoting the digital construction of smart city sports", "strengthening the development planning of smart sports city", "innovating the smart city sports governance model", "promoting the construction of smart sports city digital/data sharing mechanism" and "strengthening the legal construction of smart sports city" to provide reference for the modernization of Chinese urban sports governance.
