Abstract: According to the understanding of the body based on the phenomenological intentionality theory, we can recognize the aesthetic characteristics, significance and value contained in motor skill forms, perceive the self-creation spirit of life, and pursue the aesthetic realm of life.The thesis suggests that: (1) From the perspective of phenomenology, the body is integrated with the external environment, which emphasizes relevance thinking, dynamic thinking, holistic thinking and embodied action to understand the world. These thinking and cognitive modes can be used for references to investigate the essence and significance of aesthetic experience of motor skills; (2) The essence of sports situation is a meaning world of mutual integration of skill form display and emotional experience, which realizes the self-cognition, self- creation and self -transcendence of life in the aesthetic experience of skill forms; (3) Self-cognition: aesthetic characteristics such as harmony, accuracy, stability, variability, wonder, and standardization are contained in the form of motor skills. The aesthetic experience process of sports skill forms is not only the communication between body and skill form, but also an internal communication of self life; (4) Self- creation: the abilities of thinking and feeling are improved through the aesthetic experience of motor skill forms, which is embodied in subject cognition, imagination, creation and reflection of skill forms. It is a virtuous circular system with continuous accumulation and rising stages; (5) Self-transcendence: the aesthetic experience of motor skills is not only an insight into the creative spirit of life, but also a self-transcendence in the realm of life.
