基于DEA模型的新时代四川省群众体育服务效率提升策略

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the existing problems with mass sports in Sichuan Province, the DEA model is used to evaluate the efficiency of mass sports services in 21 cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province in 2018. The results show that: the overall efficiency of mass sports services in 21 cities and prefectures is at a low level. There are redundant input and insufficient output and the construction of mass sports services has not been carried out under the optimal return scheme. On this basis, it is proposed: to develop mass sports undertakings under the guidance of sports thoughts of the new era; to deepen the reform of the supply-side structure of mass sports services; to integrate the service resources of urban agglomerations; rationally use financial transfer payment to regulate and control mass sports resources; carrying out the 5 strategies of strengthening the opening up and cooperation of sports at home and abroad. It is hoped that this present research can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the efficiency and level of mass sports services in Sichuan Province, and the development of mass sports in China.
