Abstract: For the past few years, Chinese government has proposed in relevant policies to promote adolescents' health by integrating schools, community and family. Under this background, it is of great significance to draw attention to the integrative development of physical education in school, community and family. This article analyzes the problems facing the integrative development of physical education in school, community and family by the methods of literature review and logic analysis, finding that the main issues include: (1) Insufficient understanding of relevant policies by policy executors hinders the implementation of the policies; (2) Physical education in school lags behind, providing no support for the communication and cooperation among different executive agencies; (3)Weak supply of family and community resource leads to insufficient assistance to integrative development; (4)Insufficient communication makes it difficult for school, community and family to work together towards integrative development. In order to promote the integrative development, this article puts forward the following solutions: drawing experience from foreign countries to formulate both formal and informal systems to increase the effectiveness of relevant policies implementation; deepening physical and health education practice in school to consolidate the dominant position of school physical education; cultivating family and community sports environment to improve their service capacity; breaking the fences of communication to bridge the communication among school, community and family.
