陈定伦敦奥运会赛前高原训练与监控研究

Research on Chen Ding’s Altitude Training and Monitoring Arrangement before the London Olympic Games

摘要: 本研究通过文献资料法、访谈调查法、数理统计法以及归纳法和逻辑分析法,从多角度探讨了陈定备战伦敦奥运会赛前"高住低练"模式下高原训练与监控的安排,研究发现:陈定伦敦奥运会赛前高原训练计划时间长达82天,远长于传统的赛前训练时间安排。各阶段训练任务明确,紧密衔接;赛前训练计划内容主要包括:体能训练、技术训练、战术训练及恢复训练四个部分。各项训练内容紧密围绕奥运会比赛展开,体能训练注重运动员基础运动能力的训练与提高,战术训练强调实战性,贯穿于重点课次之中,突出技术训练的重要性;重视不同耐力训练强度分级,手段多样化;负荷安排基本符合负荷量与负荷强度呈负相关的训练规律;赛前生理生化指标基本处在正常范围之内,波动幅度较小。能及时有效的反映训练负荷,特别是大负荷训练之后的身体机能状况,有利于教练员和科研人员调节运动员机能状态。

Abstract: This study through the literature material law, interview survey method, mathematical statistics method and inductive method and logic analysis, Chen was discussed from multiple perspectives for the London Olympic Games before the \"high in low practice\" mode of altitude training and monitoring arrangement, the study found: Chen altitude training plan time before the London games lasted 82 days, much longer than traditional pre-match training schedule. Each stage of training task clear, tight cohesion; Before the training program content mainly includes: physical stamina training, technical training, tactical training and recovery training four parts. Closely revolves around the Olympic Games the training content, physical training focus on basic athletic training and improving athletes, tactical training emphasis on practical, throughout the lesson focus time, highlights the importance of technical training; Attaches great importance to the grade of different intensity endurance training, diversification of means; Load arrangement is negatively related to the intensity of load and load training patterns; Before the basic within the normal range, physiological and biochemical index volatility is smaller. Can reflect the timely and effective training load, especially heavy load training after the body function condition, is advantageous to the coaches and scientific researchers to adjust athletes functional status.
