Abstract: The paper analyzes the influences of sports policy-making and the establishment of management system in USA, UK, Japan and Russia on youth sports competitions, believing that youth sports organizations play the dual roles of popularizing sports and bringing up reserve talents athletes in the process of holding competitions.The paper conducts a case study of the competitions held by British youth sports organizations and the NCAA in order to provide the corresponding inspirations for the socialization process of China’s youth sports competitions.
