Abstract: China's social transformation is the important demonstration of the development of Chinese society. The old fashioned government-leading transition has changed into the brand new mode directed by society. The rule of man has turned into that of law. The culture of power centralization has changed into civil culture. All the above-mentioned work together to produce important influence on Chinese sports development, thus promoting the change of the pattern of Chinese sports development.
