Abstract: Based on the research of Chinese anti-monopoly law and anti-monopoly exemption process of foreign professional sports, in-depth analysis has been carried out on the organizational structure, regulation of Anti-monopoly and operation pattern of CSL. Finally this paper concludes as followsthe independent development of CSL in Chinese professional sports market is limited; the league overlooks the importance of anti-monopoly regulation; sustainable development of CSL relies on obtaining anti-monopoly immunity in accordance with regular legal procedures.
