“健脾”中药对急性运动大鼠线粒体呼吸链复合体的影响

Abstract

Abstract: Purposethe research is to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine of "strengthening spleen" on the activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes from skeletal muscles and livers in acute exercise rats. Method 27 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group (9 rats), the acute exercise group (9 rats), the Chinese herbal medicine group (9 rats). The activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes from skeletal muscles and livers were detected by the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result there are no significant differences in the activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes from skeletal muscles and livers of rats between the acute exercise group and the normal control group. The activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes from skeletal muscles and livers of rats in Chinese herbal medicine group are increased markedly compared with the normal control group .Conclusion The activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes from skeletal muscles and livers of rats could be increased markedly through the Chinese herbal medicine of "strengthening spleen". The Chinese herbal medicine of "strengthening spleen" could maintain the normal functions of mitochondria and improve the energy metabolism in the state of acute exercise.
