Abstract: For more than 20 years, the decline of some important physical indicators in Chinese youth has triggered our profound ponderation. In the context of the expansion of campus football activities, the paper analyzes the concept of youth campus football and efficacy. It reasonably positions the function and role of campus football activities in order to achieve the goal of strategic vision to improve Chinese adolescents’ constitution.
