Abstract: Using the methods of literature, logic analysis and so on, this paper analyzes the significance of the construction of rural sports public service, sports power and the interactive relationship from the perspective of the "Chinese dream", believing that the sports power dream is an important part of the overall "Chinese dream", with the construction of sports power as the propeller to realize the Chinese dream and the construction of rural sports public service as the means to demonstrate the livelihood value in the Chinese dream. The construction of a sports power and that of the rural sports public service promote each other mutually. It is the high time to strengthen the construction of rural sports public service so as to promote the realization of sports power dream to propel the process of the Chinese dream.
