Abstract: The paper adopts literature data method to analyze the main training mode of outdoor sports talents of five foreign universities. The main conclusions show that German universities combine the professional qualification system with their school courses, which constitutes a complete “ binary training system”, while in America, Canada and other North American areas, CBE mode is adopted with the “school-enterprise combination” characteristics. In Asian-Pacific regions represented by Australia and New Zealand, TAFE mode is adopted to focus on professional education. The above-mentioned training modes will provide beneficial guidance to China to follow suit.
