摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，追溯了我国体育公共外交使节的缘起，探讨了体育公共外交使节的理论基础、内涵、特征。文章从中国体育迈入公共外交时代；众多高素质、国际化体育明星的出现；体育公共外交使节在国际敏感问题上传递积极信号；体育公共外交使节成为塑造中国国家形象的有效载体等四个方面分析了中国推出体育公共外交使节的社会条件和现实诉求。基于此，在公共外交时代，中国要紧跟世界公共外交的新潮流，在国家资源的直接支持下，发现、吸收优秀的体育精英代表，打造一批在国内外具有重大影响的“中国体育公共外交使节”。

Abstract: The paper depends on literature material, logic analysis and other research methods to trace the origin and development of China's public sports envoy and discusses the supporting theory of public sports envoys, concept and features. It discusses the social conditions and practical demands of forwarding China's public sports envoys in the four aspects of Chinese sports' entry into the age of public diplomacy; the emergence of many high quality and international sports stars, the public sports diplomatic envoys' transmission of positive signals on the sensitive international issues and the envoys as effective carrier of Chinese national image. Therefore, in the age of public diplomacy,with the direct support of national resources, China needs to follow the trend of world public diplomacy, discover and absorb elite sports representatives so as to cultivate a group of influential envoys of sports public diplomacy at home and abroad.
