Abstract: Among the sports events rising in the post-Olympic times characterized by the emphasis on difficulty and beauty, rhythmic gymnastics stands out as the sports event that is most closely combined with art in the integrated development of sports and art, which is demonstrated by the learning, borrowing and integration of musical rhyme and the exploration and practice of the combination of sports and art. What is more important is that it has created us an everlasting mind space, i.e. in the crazy worship and pursuit of vigorous and graceful body shape, graceful body posture, elegant temperament and dancing attainments, human beings will make their endless efforts in their exploration and pursuit of the combination of the beauty of life based sports attributes and that of the soul based on art attributes.
