中国男子自由跤运动员肩关节肌群力量特征研究

摘要: 探讨我国男子自由式摔跤运动员肩关节肌群力量特征。方法:通过ISOMED 2000肌力测试系统完成了我国男子自由跤运动员(健将12名,优秀9名,一般15名)肩关节屈、伸与旋转运动的测试与分析。结果:(1)不同类型肌力的伸肌优于屈肌,旋内优于旋外(P<0.05);(2)静力状态(0°/s)下的平衡与稳定力量较好,快速状态下(180°/s)的这种稳定易被打破;(3)不同水平运动员肩关节的 PT/BW0°/s、APT/BW0°/s、AP180°/s、WF180°/s等指标存在显著性差异(P<0.05);(4)不同水平运动员肩关节 F/E0°/s、O/I0°/s、L/R0°/s、F/E180°/s 等稳定性肌力指标存在不同程度的显著性。结论:(1)动态条件下的肩关节稳定性力量需要加强,尤其是快速状态下的稳定性力量;(2)两侧肩关节无论在屈伸肌群还是旋内外肌群均存在一定程度的非均衡性,加强关节的均衡性练习可能是避免运动损伤发生的一个重要因素;(3)该项目运动员在最大力量发展到一定程度后,优先发展快速力量与力量耐力(尤其是快速力量)可能更有利于运动水平的提高。

Abstract: Objective: the purpose of the paper is to discuss shoulder muscle strength feature of freestyle wrestlers in China. Methods: Through the ISOMED 2000 muscle testing system, the flexion, extension and rotation motion of the shoulder of male free wrestlers(12masters, 9 good and 15general ones)are analyzed. Results:(1)The extensor is better than flexor muscle strength for different types of muscle and internal rotation is superior (P<0.05). (2) The balance and stability strength in the static state (0°/s) is good, but the stability in the fast state (180°/s) is easy to be broken. (3) There is significant difference between the PT/BW0°/s, APT/BW0°/s , AP180°/s , WF180°/s and other indicators of shoulder joint of different levels of athletes(P<0.05). (4) there are significant features in H/Q0°/s、O/I0°/s、L/R0°/s、H/Q180°/s and other muscle strength indexes. Conclusion:(1) The stability strength of shoulder joint in dynamic conditions needs to be strengthened, especially the stability strength of fast state. (2) There is non-equilibrium in flexion, extension muscles or rotary internal, external muscles of shoulder joints. Sports injury can be avoided through strengthening balance training of shoulder joints. (3) When wrestlers maximum strength has developed to a certain degree, priorities should be given to fast speed and endurance training because it might be more conducive to the improvement of sports performance.
