摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,建立在近代科学认识论和方法论基础上的运动训练科学研究范式在面对实践进程中不断涌现的复杂性问题时解释力不断下降。为探究其原因,本文试图对近代运动训练科学研究范式的特征进行梳理,并对近代运动训练科学研究范式应用于理论研究和指导训练实践过程中的局限做出讨论,进而为运动训练科学研究范式的转化提供思路。

关键词: 运动训练科学, 研究范式, 方法论

Abstract: In recent years, On the basis of modern scientific epistemology and methodology, the scientific research paradigm of sports training is declining in the face of the complexity problems that are constantly emerging in the process of practice. To explore its causes, this paper attempts to sort out the characteristics of modern sports training scientific research paradigm, It also discusses the limitations of the modern sports training scientific research paradigm in the application of theoretical research and guidance training practice, and then provides ideas for the transformation of the scientific research paradigm of sports training.
