Abstract: The existence of China’s rule of sports by law is identical with the ruling of sports by law, the negation of overall legalization of autonomy and the indiscriminate copy of international experiences. From the perspective of philosophy of law, sports rule of law is infiltrated in the macro political environment of socialist countries, free and personalized sports environment and rational sports culture environment, so it should agree with the national governess by law and choose the compound development path with rationalism as primary stream and natural evolution as supplementary means.
