Abstract: Depending on literature review, interviewing method and comprehensive analysis method, the paper researches Chinese athletes' career transition and its influence, believing that it is vital to guide the athletes in their career planning by means of process guidance and psychological intervention, to promote the athletes' division of their transition from the sports industry, to reform the current incentive system, to establish multi-dimensional social insurance and supporting system, and to establish the measuring system of athletes' retirement evaluation and career transition so as to improve the career transitional effects of athletes.
