Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between different types of leadership behaviors of Chinese college basketball coaches and athletes' training satisfaction, the article uses the method of structural equation modeling to analyze the relationship between leadership behaviors of Chinese college basketball coaches, organizational commitment and training satisfaction, and to test the mediating effect of organizational commitment on coaches' leadership behaviors and training satisfaction. The results show that there are direct, mediating and overall effects coaches' leadership behaviors and organizational commitment and training satisfaction respectively; meanwhile, the study suggests that college basketball coaches in China should establish a personal vision and goal reward mechanism for athletes, so as to achieve mutual motivational effect among coaches, organizations and athletes through improving the internal atmosphere of the organization, and the common goal through concerted effort.
