Study on the Mechanism of Global Value Chain-Global Innovation Chain Coupling in Driving the High-quality Development of Sporting Goods Manufacturing Industry ——Based on the Analysis of R&D Investment, Profitability and Earnings Quality of Listed Enterprise

Abstract: The upgrading development of sporting goods manufacturing industry is of greatsignificance in expanding the scale, improving the quality and preventing the "hollowingout" of sports industry. This study constructs the coupling mechanism model of globalvalue chain (GVC) and global innovation chain (GIC) of sporting goods manufacturingindustry through the methods of model building and regression analysis, examines thelevel of GVC-GIC coupling function and puts forward the path ofdrivingthe high-quality development of sporting goods manufacturing industry through GVC-GIC coupling . It is concluded that the GVC and GIC of sporting goods manufacturing industry are in multiple coupling interactions, forming three main axes: innovation upgrading, value upgrading and coupling drive upgrading. BothGVC and GIC, represented by R&D investment and profitability, have a significant impact on the earnings quality of enterprises. R&D investment has become a new focus of investment in sporting goods enterprises. Innovation drive has become a new means of hedging thebackwardness of value chain and innovation chain.Breaking the low-end chain lock-in has become a new task for the development of sporting goods industry, and double-chain coupling has become a new impetus for the iterative upgrading of sporting goods. It is suggested that sporting goods manufacturing industry needs to reshape its value chain through digital transformation, upgrade itsinnovation chain through network connection, establish a"sports-sci-tech-industry" innovation community through coupling innovation, dredge the "production-consumption" cycle through ecological link-up, and eventually realize the goal of drivingthe high-quality development of sporting goods industry through double-chaincoupling.
