Abstract: Using 3d video analytic method and sEMG analysis, the paper intends to investigate the kinematic parameters of whip-kick joint in terms of the speed and angle, the main muscle groups` involvement percentage of eight excellent sanda athletes, the purpose of which is to detect the kinematics parameters and the biological law of the involvement percentage of the main muscle groups, thus providing quantitative basis for scientific training.
