Examination and Reflection on Implementation od P.E. Microteaching

Abstract: Since the implementation of P.E. micro-standard teaching, there are still some aspects waiting to be understood and clarified theoretically, such as the feasibilty of such teaching to improve students' teaching ability in classrooms, the forms and essence of the microeaching, the unification of the training and the upgrading of the inherent teaching ability, etc. Based on the above mentioned, we should reflect on P.E. microteaching practice, attach importance to the situation creation in microteaching, develop students' reflection control and self-ajustment ability so as to help P.E. normal students to realize their construction of calssroom knowledge and practical skills by means of microteaching.
