Abstract: The development of Hunan sports culture and sports personnel is a synergetic unity that coordinates and supplements each other. They function coordinatively in practicing the theory of "being educated sports personnel", cultivating and carrying forward Hunan sports spirit. Based on the analysis of the importance and necessity of development of Hunan sports culture, the paper discusses the dialectic relationship between the development of Hunan sports culture and the growth of Hunan sports army. It researches the path and strategy of the coordinative development of the two, pointing out that in order to promote the healthy and all-round development of Hunan sports army we must determine the development direction and cultural connotation of the Hunan culture and optimize its development environment, the purpose of which is to promote coordinative development of the two.
