Abstract: The paper discusses the current situation and limitations of the incentive mechanism of P.E. technical teachers in universities so as to construct a ternary system of incentive evaluation index. The paper comes up with the ternary incentive mechanism which focuses on technical teachers’ teaching, scientific research and collective working behaviors. It also discusses the operation of the mechanism from aspects of conditions, implementation methods and operation process.
