Physical exercise, as an active response, can effectively relieve psychological stress, improve the individual's capacity to respond, enabling the participants to experience the emotional effect of joy, fluency and peak; (2) Physical exercise can not only directly affect the experience of subjective well-being, but also affect the subjective well-being indirectly by means of the intervening variable of psychological stress and coping variables; (3) The intervention of coping styles, on the one hand, eases the effect of psychological stress on subjective well-being. On the other hand, it strengthens the effect of physical exercise on subjective well-being and the regulatory effect is established.
