Abstract: Using literature method, this present paper compares cultural interaction with Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games form the perspective of cultural structure. The results show that: The Olympic movement is a social and cultural phenomenon. Therefore, both Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games will inevitably interact with culture. The interaction mainly occurs on the three levels of material culture, organizational culture and spiritual culture. On the one hand, Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games are of the same origin. Therefore, they are similar in their interaction with culture. On the other hand, Summer Olympic Games absorbs the essence of modern sports, presenting a global characteristic in culture. In comparison, Winter Olympic Games has an obvious regional characteristic in culture, and its interaction with culture has its own unique characteristics. This is where the cultural interaction with Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games differ from each other.
