摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过对我国高等体育院校术科教师激励机制的现状及局限性进入了探讨,在此基础上构建了我国高等体育院校术科教师三元激励评价指标体系,提出了术科教师三元激励机制,它以教学行为、科研行为、集体工作行为三个维度对高等体育院校术科教师进行激励,并对三元激励机制的运行从条件、实施的方法和运作的过程等三个方面进行全方位的探讨。

Abstract: The paper discusses the current situation and limitations of the incentive mechanism of P.E. technical teachers in universities so as to construct a ternary system of incentive evaluation index. The paper comes up with the ternary incentive mechanism which focuses on technical teachers’ teaching, scientific research and collective working behaviors. It also discusses the operation of the mechanism from aspects of conditions, implementation methods and operation process.
