国家女子皮艇队备战广州亚运会赛前训练效果的研究

Study on the National Woman Kayak Athletes’Pre-competition Training Effect

摘要: 目的:评定国家队女子皮艇运动员赛前训练的有效性。方法:以6名国家女子皮艇队运动员为测试对象,对赛前6周训练的训练负荷进行归类统计,同时测定赛前训练期间的血红蛋白、血尿素、肌酸激酶和睾酮。结果:赛前训练中,训练强度保持在100%情况下,初期训练量基本保持在80%,最后2周递减至60%;血红蛋白在亚运会前2周为142g/l;肌酸激酶先升高后减低,赛前2周最高,测定值为214.50IU/l,亚运会前2周为204.17 IU/l;血尿素先升高后减低,之后保持平稳,亚运会前2周为4.78mmol/l;睾酮在赛前训练期间呈递减趋势,在亚运会前2周为47.87 ng/dl 。结论:备战亚运会赛前训练中随训练负荷的变化,运动员机能指标呈现出相应变化,且身体机能在亚运会前达到良好状态,提示赛前训练负荷安排基本合理。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the validity of national woman kayak athletes’ pre-competition training effect. Methods: 6 athletes from the national canoeing team participated in the research. Their training effects for the 6 weeks prior to competition were classified by training load and analyzed statistically. Their hemoglobin,serum urea, creatine kinase and testosterone during the training were measured too. Results: when the training intensity were 100%, the training volume were 80% at the initial stage, and decreased to 60% in the final 2 weeks. Hemoglobin was 142g/l 2 weeks prior to the Asian Games; ceatine kinase increased at first and then decreased, the highest value-214.50IU/l occurred 2 weeks before competition, and was 204.17 IU/l 2 weeks prior to the Asian Games; serum urea increased at first and then decreased, and was steady in the remaining time, and stood at 4.78mmol/l 2 weeks prior to the Asian games; testosterone decreased during the training period, and was 47.87 ng/dl 2 weeks prior to the Asian Games. Conclusion: Along with the changes of training load, athletes’ physical function indexes presented corresponding changes during the pre-competition training period, and were maintained well prior to the Asian games. These indicate the pre-competition training arrangement was reasonable.
