摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运用文献资料法、数理统计法、录像观察法等研究方法,对中国女排近30年成绩进行了回顾与梳理,并认为当前中国女排整体技战术欠缺、后备人才匮乏、教练员管理和执教以及缺乏鲜明的技战术特点是影响中国女排在伦敦奥运失利的主要因素。

关键词: 中国女排, 后奥运时代, 发展出路

Abstract: Depending on the methods of literature data, mathematical statistics, video observation, etc., the paper reviews the performance of Chinese women volleyball team in the recent 30 years, believing that the following factors lead to Chinese team’s failure at the London Olympic Games the absence of the overall tactics and techniques, the insufficiency of backup players and the lack of distinctive characteristics on the part of the coaches.
