环境学理论视野下甘肃藏区高原群众体育锻炼研究

Study on Mass Sports in Tibetan Plateau Areas: An Environmental Science Perspective

  • 摘要: 运用文献资料法、仪器测量法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对甘肃藏区高原群众体育活动现状进行调查研究。并以甘肃藏区8个监测点获取的空气污染物和气象指数两部分数据为基础,依据公共场国家相关标准,采用环境科学方法进行分析。结果显示:在甘肃藏区群众体育锻炼较为集中的时段SO2、NO2、PM10都存在不同程度的超标,而且风速、湿度、温度、气压都会影响人体锻炼。建议:相关职能部门加强对空气质量的监控,指导群众进行科学的体育锻炼、选择适宜的体育锻炼时段和制定适宜的运动处方。

     

    Abstract: Using the methods of literature review, instrument measurement, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzed the status quo of Mass Sports in Tibetan Plateau Areas of Gansu Province. Based on air pollutants and meteorological index data from eight monitoring stations in Tibetan areas of Gansu province and National Standards, the paper conducted an environmental scientific analysis of the collected data. The results showed that: mass sport exercise in concentrated exercise periods in Gansu Tibetan areas, Indexes SO2, NO2, and PM10 all excess the normal standards in varying degrees, and wind speed, humidity, temperature, and pressure affect the human body workout. Recommendation: the relevant functional departments should strengthen the monitoring on air quality, offer guidance for the masses on doing physical exercises scientifically, choose appropriate physical exercise periods and develop appropriate exercise prescription.
