摘要/Abstract

摘要： ：在借鉴前人有关群众体育理论和评价理论研究的基础上，设计了群众体育评价的“投入—产出”模型;根据这一模型，通过特尔菲法、主成分分析法构建了西部群众体育评价指标体系，包括群众体育生活质量、群众体育资源保障、群众体育效益效果、社会环境影响因素4个主要因素和13个具体指标;运用构建的群众体育评价指标体系，以四川、重庆和云南三省市为例进行了实证比较和排名。

Abstract: This paper sets up an input-output theoretical model for evaluation of mass sports by reference of others' achievements. This model depends on Delphi method,factor analysis method and principal component analysis to establish an evaluation index system of mass sports in Western China. This evaluation index system includes the four main influencing factors of living quality of,resources guarantee,benefits and effects of mass sports and social environment and 13 concrete targets. The paper also makes a comparison and ranking of mass sports between Sichuan,Chongqing and Yunnan through new evaluation index system.
