Current Situation and Future Development Strategy of China’s Sports Human Resources ——An Empirical Analysis Based on Census and Education Data Repository Platform

  • 摘要: 以第五次、第六次人口普查资料及全国教育事业库历年统计结果为数据平台, 对我国体育人力资源的发展现状做出全景式的描绘, 针对我国体育人力资源不容乐观、体育教育隐忧重重的现状, 从理清未来的发展思路入手, 以教育提升人力资本为主要抓手, 进而提出针对性的改善意见和建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the fifth and sixth census data and the national education data statistics over the years as the data platform, the paper conducts a panoramic description of the present situation sports human resources development in China. It further comes up with some corresponding suggestions regarding the present unsatisfactory situation in terms of China’s sports human resources.
