  • 摘要: 结合澳大利亚政治体制改革、历史文化与民族自治运动等要素, 对澳式橄榄球传统管理体制的“利”与“弊”进行了系统地分析和评价。通过研究发现, 澳式橄榄球组织传统管理体制存在许多弊端, 在相当长的时间里严重制约了澳式橄榄球的发展。直至2002年, 澳大利亚触身式橄榄球组织管理体制发生了改革, 由之前传统的联邦管理模式转向公司董事会治理体制。新管理体制不仅继承了传统管理体制的优点, 而且解决了旧体制长期存在的诟病, 为澳式橄榄球运动提供了广泛的发展平台。文章着重探讨分析新管理体制是如何避免传统管理体制的弊端, 进而推动澳式橄榄球体制改革成功的。

     

    Abstract: combining the Australian political system, history, culture and autonomous movement etc, Giving a systematic evaluation of The Australian Touch Football traditional management system both the "advantages" and "disadvantages"。This study shows that The Traditional Management System of Australian Touch Football have many weakness, and slowed the development of Australian Touch Football. Therefore, the Governance structure have changed, from a federal delegate model to an independent board. Which is not only Inherited the advantages of traditional management system, but also solved the problems in federal delegate model.
