学校体育课后服务质量提升策略调适

摘要: 现代化新征程中,贯彻党的教育方针,探赜学校体育课后服务高质量提升,是加速推动中国式体育现代化的应有之义和学校体育工作改革的必然之基。运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法深度探究学校体育课后服务的功能价值、发展契机、开展现状与质量提升的策略调适。研究认为,当前体育课后服务在制度保障、协同合作、教学内容、监管评价等方面存在诸多困囿,应以学生健康、人才培养、教育公平以及社会发展需要为导向,积极发挥其看护、辅导、以体育人以及促进社会经济发展的积极作用。提出当前体育课后服务质量提升的实践策略:加强顶层设计,保障服务持续稳定;建立合作平台,高效配置体育资源;融合先进理念,创新体育文化活动;完善评价反馈,促进服务质量提升,为国家建设培养德智体美劳全面发展的优秀人才。

Abstract: In the new journey of modernization, implementing the party's education policy and improving the quality of after-school physical education services meet the requirement of accelerating Chinese-style modernization of physical education and lay the inevitable foundation for the reform of school physical education. Using the methods of literature materials, expert interview, logical analysis, this article explores the function, development opportunity, development status of after-school physical education services and the strategy to improve the quality. The study concludes that the current after-school physical education services have many difficulties in terms of institutional protection, cooperation, teaching content, supervision and evaluation. However, we should seize the opportunities related to students' health, talent cultivation, educational equity and social development to make after-school physical education services play a positive role in developing child care, academic instruction, physical education and socio-economic development. The study proposes practical strategies to improve the quality of after-school physical education services in the new journey: strengthening the top-level design to ensure the continuity and stability of services; establishing a cooperation platform to efficiently allocate sports resources; integrating advanced concepts to innovate sports and cultural activities; and perfecting the evaluation and feedback mechanism to improve the quality of services, so as to cultivate outstanding talents with all-round development.
