摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运动员在训练或比赛过程中会不可避免地发生运动损伤,对其进行治疗和康复是运动医学领域的焦点问题。重返赛场是运动员运动损伤治疗与康复的终极目的,也是治疗效果的最终体现和运动成绩再次提高的基础。文章梳理了基于决策的运动员重返赛场模型、风险承受力策略评估模型和综合决策模型的演进过程;分析了运动员重返赛场的状态评价指标,需要以临床检查和身体机能测试为重点,生理机能和心理状态并重;重点探讨了脑震荡、前交叉韧带损伤及肩关节不稳的重返赛场及其应用,同时也关注了新冠病毒(COVID-19)感染这一特殊的重返赛场问题,为国家队备战东京夏奥会和北京冬奥会提供参考。

Abstract: Athletes would inevitably suffer from sports injuries during trainings or competitions. Treatments and rehabilitations are the focus in sports medicine. Return to play is the ultimate goal of treatment and rehabilitation for athletes, also the ultimate manifestation of the treatment, and the basis for further improvement in sports performance. The article sorts out the processes for Decision-based Return To Play (DRTP) model, Strategic Assessment of Risk and Risk Tolerance (StARRT) model and comprehensive decision model for athletes return to play; analyzes the contents and indicators of the status evaluation of return to play for athletes, which needs to focus on clinical examinations and physical function testing in both the physiological function and mental states; addresses return to play for ACL injuries, and applications in shoulder instability and concussion, as well as special conditions like COVID-19 infection; and provides references the national team to prepare for the Tokyo Summer Olympics and the Beijing Winter Olympics.
