Abstract: "WoMen's sports" is a very attractive research topic at present and for a long period of time afterwards, and it is of positive significance to summarize and reflect on the current situation and existing problems in the research of woMen's sports in China, in order to promote the in-depth research of woMen's sports in China. Since the 1980s, academics began to pay attention to the issue of women and sports, and achieved certain results, but there is still much room for improvement. Compared with other fields of sports science, the number of literature is a little inferior, reflecting that "woMen's sports" is still a marginal field in sports science; from the point of view of research subjects, there is a lack of stable researchers in China's woMen's sports research field; from the point of view of research content and research horizons, a kind of "woMen's sports" is generally presented. The tendency to be "coarse" and "superficial" and to neglect to dig deeper into individual, specific details.
