Abstract: Sports discourse right is the sign of a country's sports development level and international sports status. Depending on the methods of literature and logical analysis, the paper researches China's voicing right in international sports and interprets the connotation of sports discourse. It analyzes the present status and influencing factors of China's international sports discourse and suggests the corresponding ways for China to expand its sports discourse in the future as follows attaching importance to the research of international sports, highlighting the status of sports as part of humanities and social sciences,establishing sports media discourse platform to give full play to the discourse power of Chinese at home and abroad,strengthening the construction of cultural soft power to speed up the transmission of traditional Chinese sports culture and establishing international sports public relation teams to break the power structure.
