体育空间的概念提出、实践进展与发展展望

Conceptualization, Practice Progress and Development Prospect of Sports Space

摘要: 基于顺应体育发展的历史需要、满足体育功能拓展的现实需要、扩大体育多元供给的社会需要和实现体育设施充分发展的制度需要,文章提出了“体育空间”的概念内涵及其保障大众基本体育权益、丰富体育服务供给、支撑体育产业发展、完善城市服务功能、拉动地方经济发展等价值属性。“体育空间”在现阶段包括了承载特定运动项目开展的专属场馆、提供体育及相关多元服务的体育服务综合体、满足体育消费新需求的体育新场景、疫情防控常态化形势催生的居家健身空间、“线上+线下”相结合的智能化体育空间以及体育领域外用于发展体育的空间等多种形态。文章认为,伴随着新需求的迭代和新技术的应用,未来我国户外运动空间、可开发用于体育活动的城市存量空间、沉浸式体育消费场景、智慧化健身空间、运动促进健康空间等将大规模呈现。

Abstract: Based on the historical needs of developing sports, the practical needs of expanding sports functions, the social needs of diversifying sports supplies, and the institutional needs of realizing the full development of sports facilities, this paper puts forward the concept of "sports space" and its value attributes of protecting the basic sports rights and interests of the public, enriching the supply of sports services, supporting the development of sports industry, improving urban service functions, and stimulating local economic development. At current stage, "sports space" includes venues exclusive for specific sports, sports service complexes that provide sports and related services, new sports scenes that meet new demands for sports consumption, home fitness spaces resulted from the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, intelligent sports spaces that combine "online + offline"activities, and spaces used for sports development outside the sports sector. The article argues that, along with the iteration of new demands and the application of new technologies, the future outdoor sports space, urban stock space that can be developed for sports activities, immersive sports consumption scenes, intelligent fitness space and sports-for- health space in China will be greatly expanded.
