摘要/Abstract

摘要： 文章从决策背景、决策认知、决策影响三个方面梳理了国际奥委会在“东京2020年奥运会延期一年”这一决策过程中的进退得失,分析了该决策对世界体育赛历盘整、体育组织关系重构、奥林匹克愿景实现、国际组织利益补偿等多方面的影响,并指出后疫情时代体育学术研究中体育治理与公共管理对话中实现纵深探索的可能性。

关键词: :新冠肺炎疫情, 有限理性, 东京奥运会推迟一年, 满意决策, 体育治理

Abstract: From the aspects of decision-making process, decision-making basis, decision-making influence and relevant measures, this paper sorts out the pros and cons of the IOC in the decision-making process of "Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games postponed for one year". This paper analyzes the influence of this decision on the consolidation of world sports calendar, the reconstruction of sports organization relations, the realization of Olympic vision, and the compensation for the interests of international organizations, and points out the possibility of realizing in-depth exploration in the dialogue between sports governance and public management of the sports academic research in the post-COVID19 era.
